What We Collect

When you fill out our volunteer form, we collect your name, email address, ZIP code, and optionally your phone number and areas of interest. That's it.

How We Use It

Your information is used solely for campaign purposes: coordinating volunteer activities, sharing campaign updates, and organizing events in your area. We store volunteer signups in a private campaign database accessible only to authorized campaign staff.

What We Don't Do

• We will never sell your information to anyone.
• We will never share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• We will never use your information for anything other than this campaign.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Third-Party Services

Our newsletter is hosted by Beehiiv and is subject to their privacy policy. Donations are processed through GiveButter and are subject to their privacy policy. We do not store your payment information.

Text Messages

If you opt in to receive text messages from our campaign, you may receive campaign updates, event reminders, volunteer coordination, and donation asks. No more than 4 messages per week.
